S. Gervin Nyemah
Managing Member. An innovation, and strategy Professional with 25 years of experience in the knowledge domain of strategy, innovation, real estate investment, financial engineering, investment management, mega project development, and research in higher education.
His experience at Solomon Smith Barney from 2002 to 2006 as a Certified Fund Manager (CFM). S Gervin brings a solid background in commercial real estate development, construction management, acquisition, and repositioning of real estate assets. Sunny is a product of the University of Oxford MSc. in Major Program Management, a Master’s in Software Systems from the University of St.Thomas Graduate Program in Software Engineering, and a postgraduate certificate in Private Equity from the London Business School
David Shaw
Mr. Shaw founded Global Business Resources (GBR) and currently serves as its President Founder and CEO for Cyber Business Analytic-Intuitus, a cybersecurity company he incubated with Boeing. David’s senior-level positions have included Global Managing Director of Business Intelligence and Security Consulting for Kroll Associates, an international risk consulting firm, and a former Principal/Partner for Arthur Andersen Worldwide Consulting, serving as Managing Director for Global Aerospace and Defense and Business Intelligence.
